I worked with Bajaj INSURANCE ALLIANZLIFE coampany for two years after I left the coampany for personal reasons.
and I wanted to go to a PF withdrawal. but now the Human Resources Balic had issued me a mail that says I have to pay 30000/rs and only after my form for PF withdrawal slips would be treated, the 30000 is my 3 month basis that I asked to pay because there aclause in the appointment letter that said that if confirmation after I leave work without notice 3 months in the service, I would be required to pay 3 months basic.B ut I was not aconfirmed and neither the staff coampany had published a letter written to say that I am confirmed employee.CAN anyone advice what should I do in this situation and where should I seek help?
