Ultimately ... they suck ... they messed up my pretensions to 3 times. face i cannot with a maximum of 20 minutes or until the end phone call, I talk to someone no more qualified than me. I want to send one of the execs or send a letter ... crazy I know. But I'm that annoyed. anyone know how I can go about it or even if my efforts will succeed?

You can ask to speak to a supervisor and threaten to file a formal complaint with the Division of Insurance of Massachusetts. If they do not at least you'll feel better, file a complaint. Here is the form:
