Blue Cross Vision

I'm shopping for individual insurance plans ... Blue Cross has a lot of reasonable options for medical care but the lists of eye exams as a limitation are not covered by the plan. Anyone aware of options Blue Cross Blue Shield Eye Care who provide this protection? Contact lens exams are once a year so I think that vision coverage is worthwhile. I work as a consultant, do not receive this benefit from my employer. In advance Thank you! :)
