California Health And Dental Insurance

I have never purchased insurance before. I am a woman of 20 years. Currently, my wisdom teeth are affected and which has caused some other dental issues. The procedure for extraction of wisdom teeth is much more expensive than I can pay and other dental work over what should be done. My school offers an insurance plan for international students. I would like to find the best dental and health insurance for the most reasonable price. If anyone has any suggestions. Besides the problems with my teeth I'm healthy, non-smoking, active young woman with no preexisting medical conditions. Thank you!
