California Long Term Care

Is California for new long-term care facilities to be built that would apply to the poor, using Medi Cal?

California wants to build prisons in prison for huge sums. Is this the state that allows long-term nursing homes to be built for the poor, the elderly and the disabled and the mentally ill? "

California does not build more prisons, it is forced. Long Term Care can be built to meet Medi Cal patients simply because they could not be made to operate at a profit.

as they are legal who cares.
