A new airline to be held outside the United States expects its passengers to behave like animals.

The Airways pets, Delray Beach, Florida, all pets travel in the main cabin and the owners are not allowed on board - not even in the bunker.

The company claims to be the first designed specifically for safe and comfortable transportation of pets.

Its founders, Dan Wiesel and Alysa Binder said they had the idea when planning a vacation with their dog.

The company has scheduled its first flight for cats and dogs during July 14 and will serve five U.S. cities - New York, Washington DC, Chicago, Denver and Los Angeles.

Animals - pawsengers or, as the airline calls - can be booked online and are archived in a room for animals at the airport.

Pet animals give employees a break "pot" shortly before takeoff, then follow the animals during the flight.

Owners - or animal origin - can track their progress using an online travel tracker company.

On its website, the company promises to never leave an animal alone, adding: "An officer is always in company of a cat meowing.

The flights will be carried out in 19-seat turbo-prop aircraft operated by Suburban Air Freight, which have their seats removed to make way for Pet carriers ......
