Collision Liability

Posted on February 8, 2010.
Collision LiabilityWhere can I find a form of disclaimer collision?

A family member had an accident with another car, rather than lose a discount to drive safely, we will pay the other driver for damages and not report the accident. I need to find a legally binding form for the other driver to sign that we assume any liability for the accident. We fear that the other driver may deny that we have ever paid. We live in Oregon, which can influence the form that we need.

Look Up "and final full release and discharge" on the web. Change the shape to adapt to the accident. Make sure it contains a waiver of any Oregon law that claims reserves unknown (in California, it is CC1542. I'm sure Oregon has something similar.) On the check you give Payment writing on the back above where it will be approved "The negotiation of this check constitutes a waiver of any claim for injury, loss or damage to persons or property, present or future, known or unknown re accident involving a vehicle ( insert date). "

Both answers were useless. I'm not looking under the two proposals and has not found a single website that the forms mentioned. Report Abuse

go on the PC and type yur as Indiana responsibility without collision or simply as collision liability it will take you to where you can find any type of legal form for a state, you can dump pages of your documents or print
