Combined Life Insurance

Combined Life InsuranceIs long-term care insurance combined life insurance is good or better separate policy?

It is a difficult to get started buying long-term insurance is expensive and perhaps will never use. On life at least you know you will die sooner or later. I was offered insurance combined with INS the country ... now confused if it's a good idea. BTW I'm 60 .. Does anyone have suggestions or information on the country? Thank you.

I like the idea. If it is combined, and they deny you long-term care benefits, and you die after, then they must pay compensation to life insurance, so they are not more likely to benefit deny you care.

Typically, a rider "policy (something to add to / combined with a policy of life) has a considerable amount of limitations with respect to a separate policy. It would be in your interest to ensure that you understand the differences between the LTC rider and an autonomous policy.

Contact a broker to find the best prices on both. A broker can shop around for you and make sure you get the best deal. I do not know much more confident about the country, but I'm sure they are not the best at everything for everyone ... a broker can help you determine which is best for your situation.

Regarding perhaps never using LTC? I doubt it ... Most plans willingness to pay you only need supervision to make 2 of 6 functions of everyday life ... something as simple as a separated shoulder or a broken arm twisted the thumb can result in a payment. Much remains inforce and pay several times throughout his life as well. The chances of pay are much greater than not.
