Conseco Insurance

My father had bankers / Conseco health insurance. He died in 05 and I was issued a refund policy at 06 .. I have not had the chance to deposit the check they sent .. I moved and come through the check .. I called bankers and they sent me to Conseco .. I have not been able to get someone there to remind me much less respond to an e-mail .. there is no other way to get your hands on them?

Try the file with a bunch of other controls. If the bank did not catch him so he can pass. If not, then try to get them. I think they are in Illinois.
