Counseling Liability Insurance

Hello,
I want to start a career in business consulting part time. Because I do not have the experience they have all had 3 years, I can not get liability insurance immediately for further advice.

Am I able to build a contract so that people can not sue me? I do not think everyone there, and I think there are people who use services just to try to prosecute fraud and others.

Of course not. People sue the government. Anyone can sue anyone, there is no contract shielded.

If you do not know the answer to this very basic business, perhaps you should not be recommended to every other.
