Family Health Plus

My husband just got a job. There will be 47K per year. My child is Medicaid (which I think I should change now that my husband earns more money). The job offers health insurance, but we can not afford for him and me. Do you think I will qualify for family health and, even if the allowable gross annual salary is around 27k? We have expenses such as mortgages and bills and can barely pay the new on its income.

How did you pay the mortgage and bills prior to his new job?
