Genworth Ins

I am studying the life and health insurance and want to start working in this area immediately after getting my license. I'm looking into different companies now. How about Genworth Financial? I like their products a lot.
Do you work or know anyone who does? What is your experience? What kind of training did you get, they can provide ideas, what is your pay during training and so on and so forth. In other words, any comments would be greatly appreciated!
