I am pursued by a hospiatl in ct who sent samples of my blood tests will be performed at another hospital. hospital that has tested my blood does not take my insurance without first receiving authorization from my insurance company. when they received the bill, my insurance company declined cause it "They said that hospiatal not comply with the first obtaining permission and I am not in charge is due to an error hospital.
