Hyatt Legal Insurance

Hyatt Legal InsuranceWhat to look for or find in any MLM company

There is a set of five features below that I found to be exclusive recruiting MLMs (which are almost all MLMs today). Based on a thorough analysis of available data, the MLM programs with these characteristics have a shocking loss rate - about 99.9% of ALL participants lose money (after subtracting the cost ALL)! - No legitimate company by any reasonable measure.

In light of these odds, the promises made by proponents of MLM type of lucrative income are misleading, with the exception of a few at the top of the pyramid who got in early. Again, it is important to recognize - These 5 features are causal because they identify the cause of damage or losses. They consumers are defined, as they clearly separate what I call "recruiting MLMs" or a product-based pyramid of all other forms of commercial activity. And they are legally significant because they answer the question that law enforcement has not always met in the case before, that is to say, how the main emphasis on the income of recruitment (as opposed to direct sale to consumers at retail prices) can be determined from the system of reward (compensation plan) - rather than complaints which are simply too unreliable in this field.

It is the synergistic effects of these five characteristics of working together in a MLM that cause the rate of loss exceptional feature of these schemes. Beware of any MLM program that has even four out of five in their compensation and marketing plan. Interestingly, most of the laws that might involve MLMs as pyramid schemes are based on one or more effects of the scheme (as if the products are sold to end users, participants not only) and not the root causes of problems.

1. The recruitment of participants is unlimited in an endless chain of empowered and motivated recruiters recruiting recruiters - to infinity.
Ask: "Is hiring unlimited authorized, and are those who are recruited empowered and encouraged by incentives (such as overrides downstream buyers, promotions, etc.) to hire additional recruiters, who are empowered and motivated to hire more recruiters, etc. - while the effect is an endless chain of recruiters recruiting recruiters? This leads to a perception that a given market is saturated (de facto saturation), and the program should move to another place or to introduce new products or divisions to continue. The possibility for every new person to money becomes less and less as the endless chain or pyramid of participants continues to grow.

2. Advancement in a hierarchy of multiple levels of "distributors" is achieved by recruitment, rather than by appointment.
Ask ahead of time: "Is a" participating provider's position (and potential revenue) in a hierarchy of multiple levels of "distributors" under him, which in turn advance by recruiting "distributors" under them, etc.? The result is the self-designation by the increasing recruitment of distribution levels in the hierarchy of the distributor. If the only way a person can significantly benefit from the scheme is through recruiting in advance to higher levels of payment (or purchase one below), which strongly suggests a pyramid scheme .

3. "Pay to play" requirements are satisfied by being "encouraged purchases **."
Ask: "Are" distributors ", encouraged to make major purchases at the time of recruitment? That is, they are encouraged to make investments in shopping incentive "to take its business opportunity, and later continue to benefit from advancement - or overrides from - the MLM company? Beware of purchasing minimum quantities of products or services over time - where you must "pay to play" the game - to qualify for commissions or advancement. Beware when you are invited to sign up continuously.
