Legal Insurance ManagementPosted on February 28, 2010. What is general insurance covers the management of legal fees and Court if it wishes to pursue a third party? I'm not sure I understand the issue thoroughly. I do not think that there insurance (standard anyway) that covers you in case you want to sue someone. There is no such assurance. Different types of liability insurance policies are available to cover management against lawsuits brought against them, but there is no policy to cover the costs of prosecution against a third party. None that I know. If you want to continue, you pay the legal fees. CommentsThere are no comments.Leave a Comment |
