Business is not great - I want to buy "exclusive" qualified "leads. Agents - have you had experience with buying leads?
Is this a good way to grow your business?
what service provider is better to go with?
I'm sinking fast - where can I find clients? any info is greatly appreciated!
Thank you!
Looks like you need training in prospecting.
Your best shot lead is covered by a client, friend or family member.
Always think business when you are in the community. Distribute business cards to everyone you come in contact with.
Employee benefits are expensive for the employer, and many companies are declining. But here's one way to approach a small business owner. I'm sure you know many in your community:
Enter the company, go to the owner, you already know, and say, "Hi, George. Do you have few minutes? I have an idea on how you can increase your employee benefits at no cost to you. I only need 10-15 minutes of your precious time. "
"Employee benefits are expensive. I know you want to offer as many benefits as possible. Is that true? Every business needs to provide good benefits to keep good employees. Have not you agree? In addition to regular benefits, you must also pay social security, workers compensation and unemployment insurance. "
"So what is the answer to this Delemer's this? You can offer additional benefits such as life and disability insurance at no cost to you. Just put me on your staff, but not on your payroll, provide a private place where I can talk to each employee as confidential, and agree to payroll deduct the premiums for the insurance of their choice. You see, you can do something for them that they can not do it themselves by helping them meet their needs and their families by allowing them to participate in a program of weekly payroll, rather than having to pay a monthly amount. What they do not see, they are not lacking. What do you think? Good idea, eh? "
Over the years I have sold many cases of withholding, and is a quick way to get your commission has built.
In addition to this, each employee also has friends and family who need your services. It is a source of great son involved. In Part 1 of a life insurer in training (LUTC), they refer to the son called "Acres of Diamonds".
There Acres of Diamonds there. All you have to do is mine.
If you have not taken the Life Underwriter of training, I highly recommend them. They have plans of action for "homework" to help you in your decision to go prospecting, sales presentations, farm and asking conducted under (Acres of Diamonds).
I have never bought leads found to be useful.
You just need to go out into the community, such as attending religious functions, community events, volunteer with community issues and local police and even politicians. Go to condo associations and businesses in person. Encourage people to give you a chance to give them some quotes. This amounts to doing things the old-fashioned hard work.
The more you know and make there the more business you get.
