Long Term Care Insurance Policy

Posted on March 3, 2010.
Long Term Care Insurance PolicyWhere can I get a good long-term policy-care insurance?

I am 54 years old. old, looking into the purchase of long-term care insurance. I want the best coverage for the lowest premiums possible, but a policy that covers all possible needs for care, including assisted living, as I may need as I age. Thank you.

You can look in the Mutual of Omaha and United American Insurance Company. Or we will be happy to talk with you.

Take a look at New York Life Insurance Company. They are a mutual company which means they will pay a dividend - since you are a policyholder! In addition, they will pay for a member of your family to take care of you. They also have a return of premium option - which means that if you die and do not use the benefit, the company will return all your premiums paid to your beneficiary. Hope this helps. Jump to newyorklife.com and contact an agent in your area!

Long-term care insurance now covers help a person may need at home, in day services for adults in assisted living facilities and nursing homes.

You are making a wise decision to buy at your age, as rates are rising rapidly each year you wait.

On the right side is a place to put in your zip code and locate a professional.

Good luck
