Medical Insurance Companies

Medical Insurance CompaniesWhy not force the government medical insurance companies before accepting the conditions?

We talk about the government making a law requiring all citizens to buy health insurance. How can they do that? What about those who refuse to buy it? T it cause insurance companies before accepting the conditions?

acumen, Cindy! Personally, when it comes to reforming health care, period, I think that is exactly everything the government .... TALK! If ppl can not afford to buy insurance, how can they? People are struggling to keep homes and jobs, not to mention being forced umbrella of another bill, whatever necessary. Then, of course, dealing with issues pre-existing customers and combat bonuses, and insurance companies do not want to accept. We are in a serious health crisis in this country will be reduced in our laps kiddies if we do not agree on a realistic solution. Gosh, the great questions! my best, Cindy.

Excellent question.

I have a congenital heart disease. He never caused any major problems, and is unlikely to be the cause of my death.

In fact, doctors say my heart is fine, because he faces a pregnancy carried to term, carry additional charges (because I am a little over 200 pounds) and a brain surgery in 4 hours anasthetic of general.

But the extra weight and my heart that insurance companies do not. I refuse every time I apply.

It's not like I smoke or drink alcohol. I do. But those who do, to accept health insurance every day. So why do I?
I call discrimination!

they could. why they dont accept preexisting conditions is because then there would be no incentive to have insurance. you could easily abuse the system, if you get sick, then buy it, so rather than paying premiums while you are healthy. and then insurance companies would go broke or atleast have to raise rates for everyone else.

I think they should mandate that if you have a medical condition under your previous insurance, if you change insurance they must provide at least the same coverage you had before.

as far as mandatory, I believe they should because many people who have no insurance until the end to receive treatment anyway, one way or another and do not pay their bills while the rest of us have to foot the bill
