Medigap Drug

I am a disabled man in my early 50s, and will soon have Medicare Part A & B. What are the realities of what is good to choose a plan? What kind? Medigap? Advantage? Etc? Also, what about a drug plan? Do I get a part of a medical plan or a stand-alone? Is it important? Please help me! I'm drowning in all the details!
