As an associate member of prepaid legal I was in Las Vegas Leadership Summit twice. In addition to inspiring stories and training there is also a time when they marched the employees money to top Pre-Paid Legal across the stage. At the Leadership Summit last, I attended they distributed one million dollars in cash spread over hundreds of fellow members. How do these people have so much success in Pre-Paid Legal?

Pre-Paid Legal Services as you know teaches people to tap into a highly duplicate. Their system is designed to be easy to do. They practice that anyone can do and everything you have to do is plug in their training and events. The events are very important for Pre-Paid Legal, if you want to be considered a shareholder base that you must go to all national and local events. Do not get me wrong, events and courses are good and I made many friends at once, but as far as money, training offered me was not effective. Here's what I mean ...

The spirit of 99 per cent of shareholders, including myself, started a company Pre-Paid Legal to make money and change our lives. I wanted to have a part-time business that has produced a full time income. I needed money.

This is the story of the great majority of shareholders.

The roadmap to success that teaches Prepaid Legal is decomposed into a number of activities. They include making a list of your friends and family and follow up with them using 3-way calls with your sponsor. I also learned to ride autoship and distribute two DVDs per day. How do I do? Every day at work, I leave on my 1 hour. Lunch break and go to my local mall and try to explore and distribute business cards and DVD's. I was only 25 minutes. 2 to distribute DVD's and hopefully get a prospect to leave me their name and phone number.

Doing this was not easy and takes a lot of guts to get out there and the prospects this way.
Then they taught me the importance of promoting events, creating PBR (Private Business Receptions) and inviting guests. I invite the perspectives that I could move events as a guest. How do you attend? Not much!

How do you see my DVD or magazine to read my company? "A little, I remember hearing one of the mainstays of the money on pre-paid to say that, on average, you must have 10 DVD's delivered to get a person to watch it.

It was very frustrating for me because I had so much time and how I was trained MARKETING has not borne fruit, as I had hoped.

I spent more money than I brought in the autoship, weekly briefings, gas, car, mobile phone, business cards, etc. My ship was sinking fast!

Finally, reluctantly, I turned to the final technical training prepaid legal teaches and has been contacting companies conduct, buy business opportunity leads and cold start calling them. I started slowly, but I faced my fears anyway and later became quite effective on the phone. However, I still could not hire fast enough and people who do join me in business would not duplicate. I ended up spending hundreds of dollars to buy tracks.

After a year and a half of work and busting my ass working prepaid legal roadmap to success was nowhere near my financial goal.


I experienced a period of soul searching and decided I had to do things differently or close shop.

I remember thinking why it was that all these people were on stage in March and be successful using pre-paid.
