Pc Financial Pet Insurance

I am bringing home a puppy (shih-tzu) in a few days and certainly consider (and hoping) to purchase insurance for pets.
I am based in Toronto.
I read a lot of criticism for what appears as 2 (well known) of insurance for pets:
PetCare Petplan and - to find that both have the most terrible reviews and a lot of warnings are written by people who have used one of these.

Now, my research led me to www.vetinsurance.com.
I began to seek advice on VetInsurance and found the most critical and only 1 GREAT caution. So I'm excited.

** I'm looking for your experiences with www.vetinsurance.com.
** What can you tell me about this VetInsurance.com?
** The customer service?
** Refund of money?
** Vet recommended or not?

Wow, I've never heard of it ... I know Purina offers a kind of insurance.
