Pollution Liability

Many cities and / or states have laws prohibiting noise that constitutes a problem for others whether by car or residence. The problem is the laws are rarely enforced, except one or more complaints are brought to the attention of the police. The first complaint and the police and / or in general simply warn noisemakers. If they need to return to the residence a second time, people are normally cited for disturbing the peace. As regards car radios go, unless they irritate a police car next to them, it never stopped.
