Prepaid Legal Florida

I paid $ 45 and $ 80 tickets at 6 months or so for the last 6 years on a traffic ticket there is no trace of the judiciary.
Every 6 months, my license is suspended and I have to pay to restore it before I can face the charge of "origin".
But then it comes to light that the prosecution "home" was ruled on.
But this keeps happening and it's so confusing that lawyers can not even get it to disappear.

Should I start pursuing my lawyers in small claims court?
Will help to light a fire under their butts?

Help please.

(Do not use prepaid legal ... they just take your money every month and do not file the correct movements.)

Florida apparently has outsourced part of its collection of traffic tickets, causing problems for many people (including myself - they have been regularly calling me a ticket given 25 years ago someone with my name, but other drivers license number). If you are a resident of Florida, why not contact your local elected if a senator or another legislator and ask for help?
