Is that legal prepaid membership really a scam? Is it really a membership prepaid legal scam?
Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc.. is the company best known offering plans for legal fees. There is another company, but pre-Paid Legal Services is the oldest. They have been in business since the early 70s.
I was sold a prepaid legal membership two years ago by a friend. The way he explained the composition for me was that it was a plan for life events legal. This meant that Pre-Paid Legal Membership is designed to keep clients into trouble with the law before it is too big.
