South Dakota Dental Insurance

My friend works in Iowa, but one lives in South Dakota and we can get cheap dental care done at a dental school, but he usually 2 hours drive for her, and there is a basis "income" local dental clinic here in Iowa where he works, but I doubt theyd let go there since he is a resident of SD. I called a dentist in SD and the total of everything that he needs to be close to $ 1000.00!
must obtain a large clean and at least 2-3 teeth pulled.
